Assistant Principal's Message

Welcome to the home of the Falcons!  I am very fortunate and excited to be here at Fulton Middle School as the Assistant Principal.  I have been involved with the Fountain Valley School District for numerous years as a teacher, as well as an administrator.

There are 3 tips I have to give you to be a successful middle school student.  The first one is…to get involved! You need to be involved in your academics, come out at lunch and play in the noon leagues (or cheer on your homeroom team), attend a school dance or join an after school club.  The more involved you become the more you will enjoy your experience here.  The second tip I will let you in on is…to stay organized!  Have a place at home to keep your school items so they don't get misplaced or lost forever, you don't want to have to be scrambling around looking for homework the morning it is due.  You also need to stay organized during your school day, so that means having a clean locker and backpack, you don't want to be late to class, remember you only have a 3 minute passing period.  My last tip to becoming a successful middle school student is…to have fun!  You can't ever be a middle school student again, so enjoy yourself while you are here and make the best of your experiences.

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young boys going to the beach or taking our dog on a walk. I love the New Orleans Saints so if you ever want to talk football stop on by or please come introduce yourself, I would love to get to know more Falcons on campus since I am new this year.

I look forward to having a fantastic year together!
