U.S. History GATE Assignments

Students will survey the early history of the United States. They will learn fundamental concepts in civics, economics, and geography as they study United States history from European discovery of the Americas to Reconstruction. They will also study primary source documents and speeches that relate to the foundation of American society and institutions and will examine the everyday life of people in different eras in the nation's history.
